Who We Are
A local network built around students.
Dodge Connection–Communities In Schools of Dodge County, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings schools, families, businesses, agencies, volunteers and community partners together around one goal: helping students succeed.
Communities In Schools is a national dropout-prevention organization. Locally, Dodge Connection uses public and private support to connect students and families with the relationships, resources and services they need.

Why It Matters

Students can face barriers that make attendance, academic progress and graduation harder. CIS works to remove those barriers by connecting students with caring adults, practical resources and coordinated support.

Individual support plans, school check-ins, one-on-one sessions, home visits, referrals and ongoing monitoring with students and families.
